Lakefront Learning: Nature & Montessori Discovery
School Year Program: Ages 2 ½ to 6 years
Located in a peaceful lake community, our beautifully repurposed church offers a calm, inspiring setting for children to learn through observation, exploration, and hands-on work. Guided by Montessori principles, children build independence, focus, and confidence in a thoughtfully prepared, screen-free environment.
Our science-rich curriculum encourages curiosity and responsibility. Children actively help care for classroom animals—including birds, fish, turtles, and rabbits—learning empathy, stewardship, and respect for living things. Learning takes place both indoors and outdoors, meeting children where they are developmentally.
Summer Camp at CMS. Ages 2½ to 9 years
Summer Camp at Countryside Montessori features weekly themes focused on science, animals, nature, and creative exploration. Campers spend much of their day outdoors, learning through play, movement, and hands-on discovery.

Montessori GSRP (Free Preschool Program)
Countryside Montessori offers GSRP for eligible 4-year-olds in a high-quality, screen-free Montessori classroom. Children receive individualized attention while engaging in hands-on learning that supports independence and confidence. Visit our GSRP page to learn more.

Kindergarten at Clark Lake
Our kindergarten program is intentionally screen-free, honoring what research and child development tell us matters most at this age. With a 1:10 ratio, children learn through hands-on materials, handwriting, conversation, and individualized instruction—not devices.
This approach strengthens focus, supports early reading and math development, and allows children to learn deeply and joyfully at their own pace. We love partnering with homeschooling families and offer flexible scheduling to support your child’s learning journey.
