Admissions – Clark Lake

For children ages 2.5 to 6 years of age, Countryside offers a half day program (5 mornings or 4 or 5 afternoons), School Day program (3,4 or 5 days) and a Premium Plan for families who need before and after school care.

Other fees include a $50 application fee and a $50 snack fee charged twice a year.
