Ready to apply to Countryside, Clark Lake Campus?
Families are invited to submit an application for enrollment consideration at Countryside Montessori School.
- One application is required per student
- The non-refundable application fee is $50 per new student
- Siblings of currently enrolled students should indicate this within the application
- The application fee will be collected directly within the form.
Returning students should use the separate Returning Student Application, available at the link below.
Families are also welcome to schedule a tour at any point in the admissions process. To arrange a visit, please call us or email lindsey.cmspreschool@gmail.com
After we receive your completed application, a member of our admin team will be in touch to discuss next steps.
